What happens if I go to the airport without a boarding pass?

You can go to the check-in desk at the airport and pick up your boarding pass. Low-cost airlines may charge you additional fees for printing your boarding pass. In this case, our 7/24-available Customer Service team will carry out the online check-in on your behalf and send you your boarding pass by e-mail. If you have such a request from us, you must make it no later than 3 hours before your flight and a service fee of 5 euros per ticket will be charged.
